About Us

We’re a family of five who’ve been chasing Jesus across continents ever since we said “I do” in 2020, and we’re SO glad you’re part of the journey.

 

Jenna literally grew up on the mission field: born in Alaska but shortly after moved to Hungary as a fourth-generation missionary kid. In 2017 she heard the call for herself and headed to South Africa and Namibia, where she watched the Gospel change lives in townships and deserts. She moved back to Hungary after a couple years, and that’s where we met, fell in love. Jonathon had already been serving full-time in Romania since 2016—running wild with youth, preaching in village churches, and telling stories through video—so after the wedding, Jenna joined him there. For a season we poured into Romanian teenagers together, then felt God tug us back to Hungary. There we served in our local church, discipled university students and couples of all ages, ran the media team, and even served in YWAM's coffee house.  Our oldest two little Lasers were born there in Hungary and were serving with us every moment possible.

 

In January of 2025 we heard God say that our time in Europe had come to an end and we were to move to Cairns, Australia. We spent the whole year saying goodbye to Hungary and growing our Sending Team in America. Our next step is to join YWAM Townsville, Australia in spring 2026 and learn from them what it means to start, grow, run, and disciple a YWAM Campus. We hope to finally move to Cairns, Australia by mid 2027 to begin what God gave us in 2025.

 

Our heartbeat for Cairns? Reach this generation Down Under, disciple them deep, train them in everything God’s whispering to their hearts, and then send them out—backpacked with faith and fire—to every corner of the planet with the Gospel. Think surf-board devotions, after school programs, Indigenous community partnerships, and late-night worship sessions under a sky full of stars you’ve never seen before. We can’t wait

 

So yeah—that’s us: a normal family with passports that look like coloring books, convinced that Jesus is worth every stamp, every goodbye, and every new hello. Thank you for praying us across oceans, for giving so the campus can rise, for cheering loud from the sidelines. You’re not just supporters—you’re co-conspirators in what God’s doing next.
